"Up to" 5GB? What does that mean?
One of the reasons we can afford to match the commercial servers for price is that we initially allocate less space to each account.
In reality, very few websites get close to the standard 5GB disk space or 50GB bandwidth offered, unless they are storing and sharing very large video files or something similar. The website you're reading right now, for example, is under 12MB in total, which is less than a quarter of one percent of the 5GB limit. Most of the websites we host are the same. Consequently, very few of our web clients ever need more space than this initial allocation.
If and when you do need more space, have no fear. We are automatically notified when your account limits reach 80% of their capacity, at which time we immediately increase your limits, without charge and with no disruption to your website or hosting account, up to the 5GB disk space and 50GB bandwidth limits (for a standard hosting package). Unless you're someone who keeps a keen eye on your disk space and bandwidth figures, you won't even notice this happen.
Beyond 5GB/50GB, e-commerce hosting prices apply with a limit up to 10GB/80GB. Custom web hosting is available for users who need more than 10GB of disk space and 80GB of bandwidth. Virtual Private Servers are also available - please ask for more details.

Our Dell PowerEdge servers are equipped with redundant hot-swappable power supplies. Switching devices are connected to redundant power distribution units to provide power redundancy for our switching and routing fabric. Each physical 42U cabinet is equipped with 4x30AMP drops, connected to 4x30AMP APC Switched PDUs (AP7902). These four links work in active/active pairs, allowing for power dispersion across separate circuits in the physical building.
Protected by a DC power plant, UPS Devices, and a Diesel Generator, our per server power segmentation is a strong advantage.
A 24/7 staff of highly trained system and network engineers and administrators is constantly overseeing the health of our network.
Sustainable technologies are paramount to our business. We are consistently expanding our virtualization footprint with 90% of our architecture in a virtualized state. We are also one of the very few US-based operations able to use energy provided through eco-friendly solutions.
